About me and my therapy practice
At different times in life we can find ourselves facing challenges, feeling unsatisfied, stuck, overwhelmed, or in crisis. We might want to feel different, make changes to how we are living or experience more fulfilment and joy.
Psychotherapy provides a confidential, safe space to explore these issues, experiences and desires. It is a process through which we can build self-awareness. With this growing awareness, we have the potential to identify patterns of behaviour that do and do not work for us, make different choices and create a more purposeful and satisfying way of being.
I bring curiosity to know you, empathy and integrity to my practice. I approach psychotherapy as a conversation between equals, in the belief that you have the capacity to take charge of your own life and that a strong therapeutic partnership between us can support you to do this.
I offer sessions face-to-face and online. You can email or give me a call to discuss how we might work together.
