About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes the difficulties we face in life can throw us off balance and we lose sight of ourselves and what is right for us. We can be left feeling isolated, anxious, overwhelmed and depressed.
As a humanistic counsellor I believe that you are the expert on you. I will listen to you without offering judgement or advice and I will work with your individual thoughts and concerns, keeping you at the centre of your therapy.
Through mutual trust, the therapeutic relationship we build will help you reach your desired outcome and can make a real difference to your life.
For me it is a privilege to be to be let into my client’s lives in this way, and I treat our work together with great respect.
Please note that I am only able to offer online and telephone appointments currently.
Practice description
I have experience working with a wide range of client issues and particular experience working with abuse.
I use a range of therapeutic models including humanistic and transactional analysis. I will work with you at your pace to ensure you always feel safe.
From me you can expect honesty, empathy and genuineness.
