About me and my therapy practice
With extensive experience in counselling and psychotherapy, acquired through years of practice since 2004, I offer a profound understanding of human behaviour. As a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ-accredited counsellor, I adhere to their ethical framework as the foundation for all my clinical work.
Practice description
My integrative training in Clarkson's Five Relationships model has allowed me to explore and integrate the main approaches to counselling and psychotherapy: Humanistic, Existentialism, Psychodynamic, short-term therapy, specialized skills, and theoretical models for working with addiction/behaviour disorders. This extensive training equips me with a variety of interventions and strategies to support my clients effectively.
The core focus of my approach is to prioritize the therapeutic alliance between the counsellor and the client. I provide a safe and confidential space exclusively for you, where you can pause your daily life, step back, and unravel your thoughts and emotions.
I am flexible and adaptable, ready to work in different ways that best suit your needs and preferences. Together, we will determine the approach that feels most suitable and beneficial for you.
By integrating various theoretical models and interventions, I can tailor my approach to meet your needs. I recognize the importance of establishing a strong therapeutic alliance, as it creates a safe and trusting space for you to explore.
Creating a safe and confidential space is a fundamental aspect of my practice. It allows you to freely express yourself without fear of judgment or disclosure. This fosters a sense of trust and openness, which is vital for the therapeutic process.
In summary, my integrative approach, focus on the therapeutic alliance, and willingness to adapt to your individual needs demonstrate my commitment to providing effective and personalized support.
Our sessions can be weekly or fortnight and last for 60 minutes. All sessions are conducted online, offering convenience and accessibility.
If you participate in therapy, changes may start occurring which will help you feel more empowered and less worried. You may notice that you are increasing your self-esteem your inner peace and you are laughing more. You may feel more excited about your life.
My first session
Initial 15-minute free consultation
Embarking on this journey may seem daunting at first. However, just take the step of reaching out to me through email, telephone, or text, sharing as much or as little as you feel at ease with. From there, we can arrange an initial 15-minute free consultation. The main objective of our consultation will be to learn more about you, and gaining a deeper understanding of what brought you to therapy. This will allow us to determine whether I am the right counsellor for you. In addition, it gives us an opportunity to discuss the length it may take to achieve your goal. We can also explore the most suitable approach that would provide the opportunity and support for your specific needs.

My approach is humanistic integrative, I specialised in addiction/behaviour disorders, trauma and anxiety. I run my private practice in Bournemouth remotely via Zoom and other online platforms.
Practice description
I have been trained as a integrative humanistic counsellor.
I follow Roger's principal that the person seating in front of me knows best and will know how to move forward, therefore my role is to enable you to find resources within yourself to make the move you choose to.
In my approach, I create a safe and accepting environment where the therapeutic relationship is key.
My first session
I offer a 15 minute free phone consultation for all new clients.
The first session is about getting to know the client. To help me complete the initial assessment, I'll ask some questions about your life.
Therapy is a team effort, so I will give you the space to also ask questions about our work together, so you can also do your initial assessment.
We will discuss the therapeutic contract, where both parts can discuss the practical side of the therapeutic work and continue things from here onwards.

About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced counsellor, I offer professional clinical supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists and trainees since 2009.
Practice description
As a supervisor I believe that you know best and together we can work for the best interest of your client work, so we both know that you and your client are safe.
You will feel supported, your theoretical approach respected and you can express yourself without judgement and grow. Together we will explore issues with reflective consideration using Inskipp & P Proctor's Normative, Formative, Restorative Supervision Model and Seven-Eyed Model of supervision.
My first session
I always begin with an initial assessment, for both parties, where where we discuss a therapeutic agreement and ensure that our supervision follows Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ's ethical framework guidelines.
If we decide we can work together, we will find the best available times and platform for our sessions.
