About me and my therapy practice
"Embracing transformation of self within the process of healing, allows us to move through our pain and suffering into a place of hope, acceptance and peace. This powerful journey that is always within our reach, encourages us to seek our own truth, meaning and authenticity. In turn this can bring deep existential, spiritual and holistic awareness of the life we are living and the person that we need to find peace and make ourselves whole." Shelley Lamprell-Josephs (2022)
