I am experienced in Acceptance Commitment Therapy
I work in an integrative way offering flexible ways of working to meet the clients needs.
Domestic abuse and Sexual Trauma recent and non recent.

Practice description
I have鈥� been working as a counsellor for 15 years and I work in a trauma informed way. I work with individuals who have experienced childhood sexual trauma, domestic abuse. I have also had twenty years experience working with substance misuse.
I have experience in working with stress, anxiety, depression, mental wellbeing, work related stress, bullying in the workplace, and any others work related issues.
My first session

I conduct a brief 15 minute telephone screening assessment, this will be carried out free of charge.
For EMDR I use an EMDR assessment screening tool.
The fee if wishing to secure the booking鈥� for the following week is then to be paid in full in advance.
EMDR £75 hr or £100 for 90 minutes
£60 hr for counselling.
I have a 24 hr cancellation notice鈥� policy/fee.
I review six week intervals and in order鈥� to assess therapeutic value.
