My first session
Before we begin our work together, I like to have a quick phone call to learn more about you and what you'd like to focus on in therapy. This also gives you a chance to ask any questions and see if I’m the right fit for your needs. If you decide to move forward, we'll schedule our first session, where I'll get to know more about your history and goals. You can also ask anything you'd like about the process. There's no pressure to commit after the first session—it's important that you feel comfortable with your therapist to get the most out of your journey. What I can help with
