I am currently a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ Accredited NHS High Intensity Therapist based in South East London working in a relational team however I also specialise in depression and anxiety.

I am also working for Barnados providing short term support for adults, mostly for refugees and asylum seekers.

About me and my therapy practice

I am qualified in Person Centered Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD), which is a NICE recommended treatment plan for mild to moderate depression.

I am also a qualified EMDR therapist working specifically with people with symptoms of trauma.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a comprehensive psychotherapy that helps us process and recover from past traumatic experiences that are affecting our mental health and wellbeing

As an experienced NHS High Intensity therapist I provide a safe and confidential therapy space. 
I offer warm, rational, non judgmental therapy. My main strength lies in my interpersonal skills, empathy and the ability to establish meaningful rapport with my clients.

I am a specialist on a wide range of issues, mindful of my clients' current needs and experiences. My NHS employment has been focused on depression and anxiety, relationship difficulties and trauma. 

As a qualified Integrative Counsellor, I have an interest in working with  diversity and different cultural issues.

I support people with depression , anxiety, trauma, bereavement, emotional abuse, domestic violence, relationship difficulties, Drug and Alcohol a use and provide Culturally Sensitive counselling.

My Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ registration means that I adhere to the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ Ethical Framework for Counselling profession.

Practice description

I offer flexible session times suitable to my clients.

The sessions can be face to face , telephone or video calls. 

My first session

The first session will be an opportunity to work on my client's goals and reasons for therapy and to be able to provide the client with an understanding of the style of my work. 

Concession rates are available for the first session.
