About me and my therapy practice
With a background in nursing, I am able to work with issues relating to mental health and well being, as well as general personal and relationship issues.I can offer different therapy approaches to suit individual needs.
I have completed a thorough training in delivering online therapy therefore I am able to offer sessions via telephone or video call during the pandemic or for clients whose circumstances prevent them from attending in person.
I offer appointments during weekdays, evenings and weekends to best suit you.
