About me and my therapy practice

With a background in nursing, I am able to work with issues relating to mental health and well being, as well as general personal and relationship issues.

I can offer different therapy approaches to suit individual needs.

I have completed a thorough training in delivering online therapy therefore I am able to offer sessions via telephone or video call during the pandemic or for clients whose circumstances prevent them from attending in person.

I offer appointments during weekdays, evenings and weekends to best suit you.

My first session

I suggest we meet for an initial consultation, where we can discuss things in more detail and decide how we might work together. This appointment will last 50 minutes and is fairly informal, although I do prefer to follow a structure during this first meeting.
