About me and my therapy practice
I am a Gestalt accredited Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, and member of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ. I work with individual adults, adolescents and children with a range of integrative therapeutic skills, that I have developed through my many years of counselling experience. In my work with young people, I also provide parental support and have a vast experience of working as a secondary school counsellor.
I work to raise awareness of your patterns and processes, helping you to understand how you may repeat particular behaviours that can hold you back and lead to low mood and depression. I offer strategies to manage anxiety, exploring triggers and deeper exploration of what underlies those fears.
Areas of expertise include trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, anxiety, low mood and depression, eating disorders, addictions, relationships, miscarriage, childbirth and abortions, parenting, education, loss and bereavement.
I have a level 6/7 diploma in Clinical supervision, and have years of experience in individual/group supervision of trainee and qualified counsellors.
