About me and my therapy practice
With over 30 years of experience I have worked as a senior therapist and clinical supervisor within a wide range of settings including NHS, agency and privately. I provide effective treatment for many issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties and bereavement.
I am also a trained couples therapist.
I work with individuals and couples. Fees 拢75-拢130.
Registered provider for Aviva and Cigna health insurance.
Practice description
I offer individuals longer term once or twice weekly psychodynamic therapy for more complex needs.
I offer couples an integrative approach focusing on understanding the roots of long-standing issues to enable lasting change.
I can also offer short term CBT contracts for specific one issue focus such as anxiety/panic attacks.
In addition I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) for specific trauma which I can offer if appropriate following assessment.
I have extensive experience of assessing clinical need and can refer on to an appropriate colleague or service if necessary.
