I work in an integrative way with extensive experience working with young people and families. I work in a holistic way to consider all areas of ones well being.

I originally trained with adults so welcome adult clients as well with a range of presenting difficulties.

I also work with individuals with chronic pain, stress induced pain, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia.

I can work with you by looking at individuals history and life events.

I work by Zoom, phone or FaceTime.  I will do my best to accommodate you and your preference.

I work in an integrative way providing a balance between structure and a place to explore ones thoughts, emotions and feelings.  Some structure can help people, especially young people access such dimensions of their mind.

I also work creatively with those with chronic pain using timelines, journalling and other expressive methods.

I am trained in EMDR to help those with trauma issues.

My first session will be spent establishing a background story of who you are and how you are presenting at the time.  It will be a session to start building the relationship necessary for further work together.

I work with therapists to offer an exploratory yet supportive experience with them and their clients that they bring to the session.  I aim to increase ones curiosity into the counselling experience.

I have a lot of experience working with young people both in a school setting and in private practice.

My first session will be getting to know you as a person and therapist and understanding the way you work. We will then build on this relationship in following sessions.
