With 14+ years of experience as an integrative Relational B.A.C.P Counsellor, I have provided counseling services in both NHS and private practice settings. I prioritize affordable therapy and offer concessions and pro bono services in certain cases.

My first session

In the initial consultation, I offer you a valuable opportunity to experience our therapeutic connection firsthand. This first session is entirely free, allowing you to assess if I am the right fit for your needs and if you feel comfortable working with me.
