About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist and I help people gain greater clarity and understanding of themselves as a whole, so that they can live more meaningful and satisfying lives.
Psychotherapy can help address anxiety and depression, low self-esteem as well as support the working through of loss and family related issues. It can also be helpful in attending to trauma and self-destructive behaviour, self-harming and suicidal thoughts, as well as themes of meaning and transiency. I offer short-term therapy as well as longer term treatment.
Practice description
When we meet, you can tell me about yourself and what it is that has brought you here. You may have some questions that are on your mind about how I work. After the initial meeting you may want a few more preliminary sessions to help you decide on whether working together will be useful. A desire to understand yourself better, and perhaps function better in the world may be sufficient motivation to engage in psychodynamic treatment.
I charge £65 per session of 50 minutes. As a registered and an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ).
