Hi, my name is Paul, and I am based in the town of Loughborough. 

I am a therapist with 12 years experience, and I work with young adults through to the elderly. I have experience working with both individuals and couples.

I am passionate about counselling and what offering you a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space, can do to help you explore those internal conflicts impacting your life that you have not previously known how to explore. I understand entering counselling can be a very hard thing to start, so please be assured that as a “Person Centred Therapist” I will work sensitively and empathically, valuing you at all times, and working with your agenda and at your pace.

I am also a trained supervisor and am passionate about supporting counsellors in their client work.

Your first session is a free informal consultation where you can get an idea of what it feels like to work with me. It is not a therapy session, but an opportunity to share a little of what you might be struggling with, I will also share how I work. There is no obligation but if you then feel that you would like continue, you can book in a session. 

I am passionate about supporting therapists in their counselling work. Supervision is so important to ensure the highest counselling standards. 

I am qualified level 6 CPCAB supervisor, working from a humanistic Person Centred Model of Supervision. I charge £70 for a 90 minute session. If you are a student working from a Person Centred Modality needing supervision as you start your placement, I will charge you ££40 per 60 minute session to support your development as a counsellor.
