Do you often feel anxious and hear that inner critic telling you that you’re not good enough or find yourself putting other people’s needs first because it’s ‘selfish’ not to? Most of us have experienced emotional neglect in some form and perhaps were bullied or shamed as children and these experiences can create negative beliefs about ourselves and make us need external validation to help us feel good about ourselves. I can help you grow to find your true self and and learn to accept and love who you really are.
I have helped many people who have struggled with anxiety , lack of self worth and confidence and through working together I can help you obtain the life you deserve.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative person centred therapist which means that I can work from several different perspectives depending upon what your issues are. I work with your inner child and other parts of your self such as the inner critic, the people pleaser, sabotuer and perfectionist.
I am also trained in using Focussing’ as a way for you become more in tune with your feelings and I’m also qualified in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). I have also practised Mindfulness and Vipassana meditation for fifteen years.

Do you often struggle with anxiety around the sense that you feel different from everyone else? or you often experience feeling left out in groups? Perhaps you feel others don't understand you and relationships can often be challenging. Perhaps you have considered seeking assessment for one of the neurodivergent conditions in the hope that it might help solve some of the emotional struggles you often experience.
We can explore these issues and collaborate to help you find ways to accept yourself more instead of feeling you have try to fit in with everyone else's expectations of who they want you to be.
I can help you be less anxious and to become more empowered and to gain a greater sense of self worth .
About me and my therapy practice
I am a Humanistic Integrative Therapist and qualified 12 years ago.
This means I have studied a broad range of theories and can offer differing approaches, according to what might best help the client.
I am also a single mum with an adult son diagnosed with ASD, ADHD and PDA and feel passionate about the needs of neurodivergent individuals and want to help those possibly with a diagnosis or their partners or close significant others to learn how to accept and understand their feelings around the diagnosis.
