About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ senior accredited, and Pink Therapy advanced accredited psychotherapist with over 12 years experience supporting adults and young people as a counsellor/therapist, and 25+ years supporting around mental wellbeing generally.
I have particular expertise supporting around gender, sexuality (LGBT+, queer, trans, kinky) and relationship diversity (e.g. polyamory) and warmly welcome gender diverse and otherwise diverse people. I hold a Masters degree in Gender, Sexuality and Culture and am also trained in Intimate Partner Therapy.
I am committed to providing a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental space for you to talk about whatever's on your mind and work with you to help you to get to a better place-whatever that might be for you.
I work from a relational perspective-recognising that how we currently experience relationships (of all kinds) and how we have historically experienced relationships with others (e.g. childhood) has a big impact on our wellbeing. As such, sessions may involve working through experiences of relational trauma or navigating change in current relationships such as when coming out, transitioning etc. We explore together who you are, what matters to you and tackle barriers towards your wellbeing or fulfilment.
While everyone's experience is unique, many people experience this style of counselling as a supportive space where they can explore and express their thoughts and feelings in ways that give relief, clarity, support, better self-knowledge and ways forward.
I strive to provide a safe (as possible) space around all diversity including disability, class, neurodiversity and am committed towards ongoing development such as anti-racist work.
I currently offer sessions over Zoom and phone.
I counsel on a weekly basis, and offer concessions to low income GSDR clients where low income is a barrier.
My working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Feel free to get in touch :)

I offer a free initial no cost 20 minute meeting so we can discuss your needs further, you can hear how I work and we can see if it feels a good fit.
