About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist and couples counsellor. I support people 16 years and older.

I am also a fully qualified (ILM Level 7) Executive Coach. I completed a certificate, Masters Degree and Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy. I have also completed CBT training.

I offer a free initial consultation to prospective clients. This can help the person looking for therapy to see if there is a connection with me, if therapy is the right type of support for them and, if so, what their focus or goals of therapy might be.

If people want to start therapy with me I usually suggest that we complete 4 to 6 sessions and then review how therapy is progressing. I offer short-term therapy and long-term therapy.

I support people with historic or complex trauma, anxiety, low mood/depression, relationship issues, addition issues (drug use, alcohol use, gambling, or sex). I support people with identity issues, including gender, sex, race and other. I also support people to explore/ address situational stresses, such as work stress, dealing with a recent traumatic event or change in life circumstance. I have experience of supporting men to access support for the first time. I have experience of supporting eating problems/disorders and supported women experiencing menopausal symptoms. I have supported people coping with loss and bereavement.
