Our study revealed that 48% of the UK population said their sleeping patterns have been negatively impacted by the pandemic.
The most common reasons for the pandemic negatively impacting sleep patterns were worries and concerns stopping them from falling asleep (46%), suffering from聽insomnia聽(45%) while 40% found spending more time at home or in their bedroom meant that they struggled sleeping.
