Our member Lina Mookerjee has spoken about her experience of being involved in a BBC Radio 4 panel discussion on the role of artificial intelligence in tackling loneliness.

Meanwhile, our new Therapy talks film has also been featured in the media 鈥 with the help of members Diane Youdale, Lara Waycot and Anthony Davis.

The film aims to help people understand what therapy is, address some of the myths that surround it and explain how to find a registered therapist.

It sees Diane, Anthony and Lara discussing what therapy involves and what people can expect from it.

Lara was featured in the Mail online talking about how help to break down barriers and stigmas. Her comments on also appeared in the Daily Mirror.
