We鈥檙e pleased to let you know that we鈥檙e changing our plastic membership cards to a sustainable paper-based card.

Our new paper-based membership cards will be sent out to new and renewing members from Monday 12 July.

Members who have already received a plastic membership card for the current membership year will not be sent a paper-based card in replacement but will receive one when they next renew.

Membership cards

Unlike our current membership cards, these paper-based alternatives can be recycled from home along with other card waste, or composted in your garden.

We鈥檙e confident that the quality of the new paper-based membership cards is more than sufficient to withstand a year鈥檚 worth of normal use.

As always, we鈥檇 welcome your feedback on this important initiative, which you can share by emailing us at listening@bacp.co.uk

Adam Pollard, Head of Marketing and Engagement, said: 鈥淭his is a great step forward for 香港六合彩精准资料 and our members. It鈥檚 a simple, but very important and positive change that I鈥檓 confident our members will fully support, and which I hope we can continue to build on with further environmentally-focused initiatives.鈥

Journals

Our membership cards are not the only positive environmental change we鈥檙e making. In May, we began printing all our divisional journals on World Land Trust accredited paper and boards.

By using World Land Trust accredited paper and board, we鈥檙e helping to reduce our carbon footprint by reducing our emissions. This helps the World Land Trust to protect and restore carbon-rich wildlife habitats in the tropics. Find out more about the .

From August 2021, our printer will be adopting a new compostable film wrap for all our divisional journals, making our divisional journals even more environmentally friendly.
