CPD hub terms and conditions
These terms and conditions form part of the agreement between you and Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ. By purchasing a subscription and using this resource, you’re confirming that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
Subscription and payment
By subscribing to the CPD hub, you understand that you’re purchasing access to the hub and its contents to run alongside your membership subscription.
The yearly subscription rate is £25. This will be charged on a pro-rata basis to align with your membership renewal.
Subscription to the CPD hub is renewable on a yearly basis and is aligned to your membership renewal. We’ll review the cost of subscriptions every year.
You can pay by credit or debit card (we do not accept American Express). We cannot accept payment by purchase order or cheque.
System capability and availability
You can view the resources within the CPD hub on a PC, laptop, iPad or Android tablet and mobile phone.
When accessing our content, you’re responsible for ensuring you have an up to date anti-virus software installed on your device. We do not accept responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or devices which may occur while viewing the CPD resources. While we make all reasonable effort to ensure that the CPD hub is secure and free from errors, viruses and other malware, you must take responsibility for the security of your personal details and computers. We cannot guarantee that the functions or content of the CPD hub will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this website or the server that makes it available are free from viruses or represent the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the materials. For the best viewing experience, you should use the latest version of Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari web browsers – you might not be able to view the resources on Microsoft Edge).
It’s your responsibility to check your internet speed. We recommend a minimum internet speed of 5 Megabits a second for streaming video. We do not take any responsibility or offer a refund if your system is not compatible.
We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the CPD hub resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
The service is provided ‘as is’ and on an ’as available’ basis. We give no warranty that the service will be free of defects or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality. We do not warrant that the service from this resource will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to our best ability.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage arising from subscribing to the CPD hub.

These terms and conditions will continue to apply to any modified version of the CPD hub unless expressly stated otherwise
All right, title and interest in and to all Intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the content, are held by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ absolutely.
The CPD resources can only be used for personal CPD purposes. The content cannot be copied, replicated or used for any other purpose including but not limited to training.
Refunds and cancellation
By accessing and streaming this resource, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel or receive a refund for this service. If you don’t consent to this, the 30-day cooling-off period will apply and you should not access or download your digital content until this period has ended.
These terms and conditions are governed and construed in all respects by the Law of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
